ABOUT OUR TEAM

Deeva Dance Troupe is Northwestern’s premiere all-female Bollywood Fusion dance team. We specialize in many different styles of dance, including Bollywood, hip-hop, lyrical, Chinese fan, jazz, ballet, and many others. Throughout the year, we practice four times a week, for performances at different cultural events on campus, as well as participating in Bollywood Fusion competitions during the winter.

ABOUT OUR FUNDRAISING

For CATSGiveBack, we are fundraising for what we consider to be the most unique part of our team - the Spring Show that we put on each May. Our performance displays a wide range of styles and shows off the talents of all of our members through choreography, dance, and light and costume design. We are hoping to raise money to support this show, so that we can get the best costumes, DJs, and rent out an awesome venue to make this year better than ever.
